Overview

A community of practice (CoP) is a group of people who come together because of shared interests, to reflect on real-life professional challenges and build collective knowledge. This CoP will provide a space for early childhood coaches in Colorado to receive job-embedded professional development as they share ideas, experiences, tools and resources.


Objective

By the end of this community of practice, you will be able to:

  • Use a protocol to ensure equity of voice in collective knowledge building
  • Reflect on areas of success and challenge in coaching to identify effective coaching practices to apply in diverse situations.
