  2. Describe the Cultural Proficiency Continuum and recognize culturally responsive practices
  3. Explore your own cultural identity
  4. Describe the importance and role of cultural responsiveness in providing quality services to children and families
Competencies
TP 36.1. States the impact of culture, language, and diversity on children’s social and emotional development. 
FCP 5.1. Identifies own cultural experiences and biases, particularly those that relate to family values, child development, and parenting practices.
