On February 18, 2020, the PDIS vendor pushed an update to the PDIS that resulted in some ongoing professional development (OPD) being counted more than once. This resulted in some credential levels incorrectly increasing.
On March 23, 2020, impacted users were notified of the issue and an update was completed to correct the issue. If you were impacted and had an inaccurate Credential increase between February 18, 2020 and March 23, 2020, your Credential level should show correctly now. If you notice your Credential does not match what you had prior to February 18, 2020, please contact the PDIS Help Desk (1.844.447.4441 option 2 or email@example.com) to request a copy of your Credential certificate with the previous level and expiration date.

current Early Childhood Professional Credential 2.0 information:
The previous credential information (as of February 18, 2020) will not display
in the usual credential tab within My Profile. This credential is called the
Pre-Update Early Childhood Credential 2.0 and this will be stored in your PDIS
transcript. You will need to contact the PDIS team and they will add this to
your PDIS transcript.
