**To access and download your documents, click My Dashboard in the left navigation, click My Documents - Search and download the needed documents. 





The course I'm working on says I have completed it, but I cannot access the evaluation


Return to Frequently Asked Questions

First check to see if the course shows as completed or still in progress.  To check for this, log-in to your PDIS account.  Click on My Dashboard.  Click on the title of the course, and then you will see the course module.  If complete, click on evaluation and complete the evaluation.

If you have completed the course, but it still shows in progress, you will need assistance from the PDIS Help Desk.  Contact the Help Desk at 303-866-2641 or email us at pdishelp@cde.state.co.us.
