I clicked on View Certificate, but it does not show? 

You might need to allow pop-ups on your computer. There are different directions depending on the web browser you are using.  

Google Chrome

  • Click on the Chrome menu.  It is in the top-right corner of the browser window and looks like three vertical lines. Select Settings.
  • Select Settings.
  • Click Show advanced settings, small and blue at the very bottom, hard to see.
  • Under Privacy, click the Content settings button.
  • Under Pop-ups, click Manage exceptions.
  • Add website address: ecpd.costartstrong.org
Firefox

  • In the top-right corner click on the Home Icon
  • On the bottom of the page click on Settings (gear icon)
  • In the middle click on Content
  • Find the Exceptions button across from Block Pop-Up Windows
  • Enter ecpd.costartstrong.org in the field
  • Click the Allow button and Close

Internet Explorer

  • Click on the gear icon in the top right corner
  • Select Safety from the pull down menu
  • Select  Webpage Privacy Policy
  • Privacy Report page opens
  • Select Settings
  • Find Pop-up Blocker field and select  Settings
  • Fill in ecpd.costartstrong.org
  • Select  Add
