I cannot open a course, or I cannot log back into a course.

Sometimes you might need to clean out your internet history.  Try the steps below:

  • Windows
    • Click on the Windows icon at the bottom left hand of your of the screen
    • Click on Control Panel, click on Network/Internet link, click on Internet Options, on the General Tab of that dialog box, click on the Delete button under Browsing History
  • Apple Safari:
    • To delete cookies in Safari go to Safari Menu. Click on Preferences.
    • Click Remove all Website Data...
    • Click Details and select individual websites and click Remove. Or to clear them all click Remove All.
    • To clear the cache only, go to the Safari preferences and click the Show Develop menu in menu bar option in the Advanced section, the click on Empty Cache from this new menu.
